After a disappointing 1 point loss to Baker last year, J-Hawks were looking to settle the score and they did it in commanding fashion. Led by the the powerhouse Juhnke-Cook duo, Joliet scored 46 unanswered points to take home the win.
Junior Jake Cook rushed for 149 yards and 4 rushing touchdowns, as well as a 79 yard receiving touchdown from Senior QB Kaden Juhnke. Junior Camden McQuillan contributed to the 46-0 shutout with a receiving touchdown and Junior Gavin Thompson earned his first touchdown of the year with a 54 yard run to the end zone.

On the defensive side, Junior Roree Ward was key to holding off the Spartans, with 8 tackles and one fumble recovery. Sophomore Mason McQuillan also earned his first sack of the season.
Late in the fourth quarter, Junior Wyatt Audelman intercepted a pass to mercifully end the game for the Spartans.
J-Hawks are headed home this week for their first home game and a tough match up against neighboring Red Lodge, Friday at 7pm.
