Dr. Mandy Barnes has opened a mobile vet clinic, that travels to Joliet every Thursday, setting up in front of the Joliet Community Center. She brings over 19 years of experience to the area, along with a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University.
