Another Dominant Win Secures Playoff Spot for J-Hawks

Despite speculation Shepherd could present a challenge for the soaring J-Hawks, Joliet proved they are intent on being a contender in Class B East.

Joliet continued scoring dominance with 28 unanswered points in the first 3 quarters. Shepherd prevented the shutout with a touchdown and two point conversion in the 4th quarter. Final score was 28-8.

Junior Kasen Krook was first to score for Joliet on a pass from Senior Kaden Juhnke. Senior AJ Kananen was second to score on another pass from Juhnke. Juhnke also found the endzone on his own, scoring a rushing touchdown in the 3rd quarter.

Sophomore Porter Koerper earned an interception and returned the ball 41 yards for the last J-Hawk touchdown of the game.
